STIHL Inc. seeks a driven, sales-focused Commercial Solutions Specialist to join our field team. You will build relationships with dealers and commercial customers, demonstrate gas and battery-powered solutions, and drive sales through demonstrations and training.

The ideal candidate lives near Virginia Beach, VA, or nearby Raleigh, NC or Wilmington, NC, or is open to relocation. Travel up to 75% is required, with a strong emphasis on relationship building and solution selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales prospecting experience is preferred.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related tools.
• Ability to champion and use company software (OneCRM, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Visit strategic commercial and municipal accounts to grow STIHL sales.
• Identify and prospect new accounts currently carrying competitors.
• Develop and deliver product training programs and demos.
• Attend STIHL events, dealer trainings, and regional trade shows.
• Maintain CRM reporting and field performance data.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
