• Confer with customers by text or phone to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms.
• Documents all correspondence and attempts, receives payments, and posts to accounts.
• Travels to customers’ homes as required to collect on late payments and assist with repossessions when approved.
• Prepares paperwork for potential legal action and initiates credit investigations under direction.
• Logs work activities daily, weekly, and monthly; supports store operations on the sales floor.
