• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Sends text messages, mails form letters and/or late charge notices to customers to encourage payment.
• Discusses overdue payments with customers to review terms and collect amounts.
• Documents all correspondence and attempted correspondence.
• Receives payments and posts amounts to customer accounts.
• Manages cash drawer with proper security when unattended.
• Travels to customers' homes as needed to collect payments.
• Prepares paperwork for potential legal action against delinquents.
• Initiates credit investigations under the direction of the Credit Manager.
• Logs work activities daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Updates CRM and schedules merchandise repairs as needed.
