Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining records and handling payments with accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with customers by text/phone and document activity.

Responsibilities

• Sends text messages, mails form letters and late charge notices to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customers by text or telephone to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms of sales or credit contracts.
• Documents all correspondence and attempted correspondence with customers concerning accounts.
• Receives payments and posts amount paid to customer’s account.
• Travels to customers’ homes to collect late payments and assist with repossessions if approved by Store Manager.
