Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Six months in payment collections or general office procedures.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Aufgaben

• Sends notices and messages to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confers with customers by text/phone to review terms and reasons for non-payment.
• Documents all correspondence and attempts to collect payments.
• Receives payments and posts to customer accounts.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer and secures it when unattended.
• Travels to customers' homes to collect payments as needed.
• Prepares paperwork for legal action for severely late payers.
• Initiates credit investigations for new applicants under supervision.
• Logs daily, weekly, and monthly activity data.
• Provides CRM support and assists customers on the sales floor as needed.
• Maintains sales quotas and adheres to store standards.
