Job summary

BD is seeking a Procedural Specialist to promote AR&R products through clinical support and education across a defined geographic area from a home-based position with extensive travel. You will educate physicians and hospital staff, coordinate field training, and build lasting relationships with surgeons and OR teams.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree highly preferred; or minimum of 6 years equivalent relevant work experience with High School diploma.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in the Operating Room or procedural areas.
• Surgical and procedure knowledge sufficient to support clinical cases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Salesforce, and Showpad.
• Ability to travel 60-80% for field-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on AR&R products through clinical support and education.
• Coordinate field level customer training and technical support of clinical cases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, hospital staff and administrators.
• Observe market trends affecting AR&R sales and report them to management.
• Complete and process internal reports and expense tracking as required.
• Travel up to 60-80%, including overnights, with home-based work setup.
