Job summary

Ceribell is hiring a Clinical Account Manager (CAM) to drive adoption across hospitals, provide clinical education to physicians and staff, and manage launches with regional travel. The role emphasizes building advocacy, coordinating with Territory Managers, and expanding product use within the acute and critical care settings.

The CAM will deliver trainings, troubleshoot workflows, and ensure timely reporting while adhering to industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device/pharma sales experience OR RN with industry experience supporting sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch new hospitals and grow install base within existing customers.
• Provide on-going medical education to physicians and clinical staff.
• Travel up to 60% and coordinate with Territory Manager for new site launches.
• Educate clinicians on Ceribell product usage and workflow.
• Submit reports and training documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Ceribell policies.
