Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to launch hospitals and grow the install base, while providing ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff. This in-region role requires no remote work and involves travel about 60% of the time (3 days a week).

You will lead new account launches, train clinicians on Ceribell usage, build physician champions, and ensure successful deployment across customer sites with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device/pharma sales.
• RN with industry experience in supporting sales teams is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand use of Ceribell within existing acute/critical care centers and launch at new sites.
• Work with Territory Manager to drive new product introductions and upgrades.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on Ceribell clinical usage and workflows.
• Build advocacy, develop qualified leads, and manage post-launch deployments.
