AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead territory strategy and customer engagements in the Phoenix South and surrounding areas. This role requires deep clinical expertise, strategic acumen, and a commitment to compliant, high-integrity interactions with hematologists, oncologists, and care teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
