Qualifications

5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably Multiple Myeloma.
Ability to manage a territory and travel as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and scientific messaging.
Partner with cross-functional colleagues to coordinate customer experiences.
Use data and analytics to optimize territory performance.
Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
