Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to cover a Tennessee/Nashville area, engaging hematology/oncology specialists and healthcare teams. You will lead territory planning, build strategic relationships, and drive compliant, data-driven customer engagements to advance Multiple Myeloma objectives.

The role requires strong sales experience in pharma/biotech, oncology/hematology know-how, and the ability to travel and manage key accounts across assigned facilities and networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience preferred, especially Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
