Right at Home is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to oversee the client and caregiver experience, support daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain exceptional service quality.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, home care, staffing, or operations management preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: Conduct intake, introductory, and supervisory visits, maintain client satisfaction, and support retention efforts.
• Operations & Compliance: Monitor required documentation, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records in WellSky.
• Caregiver Support: Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and retention initiatives.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, and office staff to resolve concerns and ensure quality care.
