Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a field-based Client Operations & Growth Manager to own a portfolio of commercial clients, retain revenue, and grow profitability through proactive leadership and client-focused service delivery.

You will build executive-level relationships, solve operational issues quickly, and expand services across accounts while maintaining CRM discipline and field leadership integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in B2B account management, operations, or related service business.
• Ability to own outcomes and drive revenue growth within accounts.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience discussing performance, pricing, and contracts with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of commercial clients and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM records, inspections, and client history.
• Lead service-provider performance and resolve issues quickly.
• Conduct site visits and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding and launches of new accounts and expansions.
