Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Tampa seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and contracted service areas. You will train teams, inspect performance, and ensure compliance with client requirements while expanding services.

This role focuses on negotiating contracts, coordinating site visits, and building long-term partnerships with clients and Contractors to deliver reliable operations and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services - determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
• Manage all Contractor relationships including hiring, pricing, contract terms, and compliance.
• Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through.
• Supervise and direct Night Managers to ensure the client's strategy is executed.
• Promote the sale of, procure, and monitor supplies for clients.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory, especially new construction.
