Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in the Sioux City, IA area to coordinate case management for injured workers. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to implement treatment plans and ensure cost-effective, timely care.

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring 60% local travel for in-person appointments. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage casework from intake to resolution with physicians/providers and employers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for injured/disabled workers, coordinating care.
• Travel to in-person appointments (60% local travel) and communicate progress with stakeholders.
