Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Active RN license required; CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN/COHN-S/RN-BC/ACM/CMC/CMAC certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-person patient appointments with travel to assigned geographies (60% travel).
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Coordinate with injured/disabled individuals to restore work capacity safely.
• Prioritize workload and provide status updates to customers.
