Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Service Technician to install, repair and service batteries, chargers and Battery Handling Equipment at customer sites. You will travel to sites, work on multiple products, and present the right solutions to customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires practical knowledge of shop tools and basic electricity/electronics, plus strong communication to coordinate with customers and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of battery industry or related experience.
• Forklift Training Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Fill out work orders properly and in a timely manner.
• Convey information to the proper contact at the customer site to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Keep the service vehicle in good working order and stocked.
• Operate company vehicles safely and courteously.
• Promote point of sale items and allied services.
• Perform service calls to repair batteries, chargers and equipment.
• Interface with customers, dealers and management for improvements.
