Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Service Technician to repair batteries, chargers and Battery Handling Equipment at customer sites, with a company vehicle provided. The role requires basic electrical knowledge, reading and interpreting manuals, and strong customer service.

You will travel to Reading, PA area, perform service calls, promote products, and maintain safe, clean work areas while representing the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years in battery industry.
• Forklift training certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls at customer sites to repair batteries, chargers and Battery Handling Equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and proper vehicle upkeep.
• Convey information to customer contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote point of sale items and allied products and services.
• Coordinate with management for customer issues and improvements.
• Represent Stryten Energy in a neat, professional manner.
