Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician who delivers top-notch service and customized solutions at customer sites. You will repair batteries, chargers, and handling equipment, with a company vehicle provided and travel to sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have hands-on shop tool experience, basic electrical knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one to two years of battery industry or related experience.
• Forklift Training Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Fill out work orders properly and timely.
• Convey information to the proper contact at the customer’s location to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Keep the service vehicle in good working order and stocked correctly.
• Promote point of sale items and allied products.
• Perform service calls to repair batteries, chargers and Battery Handling Equipment.
• Interface with customers/dealers/management to provide assistance and improvements.
• Pursues new accounts, qualifies whether services are warranty or billable.
