Job summary

Stryten Energy seeks a Field Service Technician to repair batteries, chargers and battery handling equipment at customer sites. You will use a company vehicle and receive training to be effective, with opportunities to propose the right products to customers.

A working knowledge of basic electricity/electronics and standard shop tools is required, plus the ability to read and interpret documents. Base pay is hourly with medical/dental/vision benefits and potential bonus or commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in battery industry or related field.
• Forklift training certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls to repair batteries, chargers and equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and vehicle readiness.
• Promote relevant products and services at the customer site.
• Liaise with management and sales to resolve customer issues.
