Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Service Technician to repair batteries, chargers, and Battery Handling Equipment at customer sites with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will operate a company vehicle, maintain a clean shop and on-site workspace, and actively promote relevant products. A working knowledge of shop tools and basic electricity is required, with forklift/crane operation capabilities often needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years in battery industry or related experience.
• Forklift Training Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Fill out work orders accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction at each site.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and service vehicle.
• Repair batteries, chargers and battery handling equipment at customer locations.
• Promote point-of-sale items and allied services when appropriate.
