Job summary

Stryten Energy is seeking a Service Technician to repair batteries, chargers and handling equipment at customer sites. The role requires hands-on electrical knowledge, strong tool skills, and professional customer interaction. Based at our Auburn, WA facility, the position emphasizes safety, timely service, and quality workmanship while representing the Stryten Energy brand and standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years battery industry experience
• Forklift Training Certification or ability to obtain
• Strong tool-handling and basic electrical/electronic knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
• Excellent communication and customer-satisfaction skills

Responsibilities

• Fill out work orders accurately and timely
• Communicate with customer contacts to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and service vehicle
• Operate forklift, crane, and reach truck as needed
• Perform battery, charger and equipment repair at customer site
• Identify upsell opportunities for products and services
• Represent Stryten Energy professionally to customers
• Pursue new accounts and qualify warranty vs billable work
