Job summary

Mars Veterinary division seeks a Veterinary District Sales Manager to execute the Vet BU strategy across the Salt Lake City territory. This field-based role requires living within the territory and traveling approximately 20–30% for conferences and client visits.

You will identify clinic opportunities, develop territory business plans, grow clinic relationships with decision-makers, and deliver compelling data-driven presentations to address veterinary staff needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs and growing clinics within the geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to address the needs of veterinary staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared objectives and execute the sales strategy.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies to maximize territory performance.
