Job summary

Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Toledo, OH area. This field-based role requires living within the territory and travel approx. 20-30% to clinics as part of delivering Vet BU strategy and KPI targets.

You will translate clinic data into opportunities, build territory plans, and establish relationships with clinic decision-makers while collaborating across sales and scientific affairs to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, occasional weekends; travel ~20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Translate product, category, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan; grow clinics in geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff.
• Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs.
