Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote our portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the assigned territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures in OR and office settings, and demonstrate the clinical and economic value of our solutions.

As the owner of your territory, you will grow existing business, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in sales or healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare or equivalent high-performance setting.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations in clinical environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Provide on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training.
