Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager for the Philadelphia area. This field-based role requires you to travel to healthcare practices, maintain a home base, and drive patient referrals by educating providers on Nabi’s services.

You will build relationships with providers, manage a referral pipeline, and partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for patients and practices. Flexible home-base location within the Philadelphia metro region is preferred.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based work in startup environment.
• Excellent communication with healthcare providers.
• Ability to build trust with providers and partners.
• Strong pipeline management and self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into referral partners.
• Conduct in-person visits and events to educate providers about Nabi’s services.
• Grow and nurture relationships to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for smooth provider experiences.
• Manage territory with home base and regular field visits.
