Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager for the Tampa Bay area. This field-based role requires building and maintaining provider referral relationships, educating practices about Nabi services, and supporting the referral process through ongoing collaboration with clinical and operations teams.

You’ll operate from a home base with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices, attending local events to expand Nabi’s referral network and improve patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Field-based, startup environment experience desirable.
• Strong communication with healthcare providers essential.
• Relationship-driven outreach and partnership development required.
• Organized and self-directed with pipeline management capability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share Nabi’s support for patients.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s model value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth provider and patient experience.
• Manage territory from a home base while making regular in-person visits and attending events.
