Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager for the NYC metro area. This field-based role has a home base with regular in-person visits to healthcare practices to grow Nabi’s referral network and improve access to care.

You will educate providers about Nabi’s services, support them through the referral process, and manage your territory from a home base. This role requires independence, strong relationship-building, and an organized pipeline, with regular local events and field representation.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based work in a startup environment
• Ability to build trust with healthcare providers and communicate value
• Consultative outreach and partnership development
• Organized, self-directed, able to manage a sales pipeline without heavy oversight

Responsabilités

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into long-term referral partners
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share Nabi’s support for patients
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals
• Demonstrate Nabi’s model value and streamline the referral process
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth provider and patient experiences
• Manage territory from a home base while visiting providers, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field
