Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Hartford–New Haven region, combining field outreach with a home base. You will build and manage a provider referral network by visiting practices, educating them on Nabi's weight-inclusive care, and guiding the referral process.

The role is field-based, startup-friendly, independent, and requires strong relationship-building skills to grow patient referrals while coordinating with clinical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based work experience in a startup or similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills with healthcare providers.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with providers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills with pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers to build a referral network.
• Conduct in-person visits, drop-ins, and educational sessions at practices.
• Grow relationships with existing providers to maintain referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s services and streamline the referral process.
