Job summary

Nabi Health is hiring a Territory Manager to expand access to care in the Hartford–New Haven metro area. You’ll build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, educate them about Nabi’s weight-inclusive care model, and drive patient referrals from your territory through in-person visits and local events.

• Ability to work independently in a field-based startup environment.
• Strong communication and credibility with healthcare providers.
• Detail-oriented with pipeline management and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share Nabi's support for patients.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi's value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth provider/patient experience.
