Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner to drive construction readiness on active industrial projects in the United States. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, materials, and field teams to deliver complete, executable work packages that enable safe, productive field execution.

As a field-based lead, you will develop and manage work packages, support planning and sequencing, remove readiness constraints, and mentor junior planners while aligning with project controls to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in workface planning, construction planning, or project controls.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM, energy, LNG, or industrial construction projects.
• Solid understanding of Workface Planning principles and construction work packaging.
• Experience developing and managing construction work packages.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining construction work packages that support efficient field execution.
• Supporting implementation of Workface Planning processes and construction readiness programs.
• Coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls activities to ensure work is executable before release to the field.
• Identifying and removing constraints that could impact productivity or schedule.
• Reviewing engineering deliverables to develop work package requirements.
• Ensuring labor, materials, tools, and permits are available prior to work execution.
• Coordinating with Materials Management and Procurement to verify material readiness.
• Supporting workforce planning and resource optimization.
• Monitoring readiness reports and performance metrics.
• Participating in planning meetings and coordinating with field supervision.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to planners and coordinators.
