Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner in Kentucky to drive construction readiness and efficient field execution. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and project controls to ensure work packages are executable before field release.

You will lead planning activities, develop work packages, and mentor planners while focusing on safety, schedule performance, and cost efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in construction planning, workface planning or project controls.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM, industrial, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Understanding of CII Workface Planning principles and work packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead workface planning activities for diverse projects.
• Develop and maintain construction work packages for field execution.
• Coordinate EPC/Procurement/Construction activities for readiness.
• Support sequencing plans and execution methodologies.
• Ensure labor, materials, and drawings are available for planned work.
• Identify and remove constraints affecting productivity and readiness.
• Review engineering deliverables to determine work package requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement and materials management teams.
• Support workforce planning and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Maintain construction readiness reports and metrics.
