Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Workface Planner to drive construction planning, package development, and readiness across complex projects. You will align engineering, procurement, and project controls to ensure work is executable before field release.

You will collaborate with Construction Managers, Superintendents, and field teams, focusing on safety, schedule performance, and productivity. Leadership and continuous improvement are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Technical Studies, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in construction planning, workface planning, project controls, field engineering, or related roles.
• Experience on EPC, EPCM, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Workface Planning principles and work packaging methodologies.
• Experience developing and managing construction work packages and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead workface planning for construction, maintenance, turnaround, or capital projects.
• Develop and maintain construction work packages for efficient field execution.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls for executable work.
• Support execution strategies, sequencing plans, and work packaging methodologies.
• Ensure materials, permits, drawings, and docs are available for planned work.
• Identify and resolve constraints impacting productivity or readiness.
