Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr EWP Area Sales Manager based in the United States to drive regional sales across Florida and adjacent states. You will cultivate relationships with builders, distributors, contractors, and other construction professionals to expand demand for engineered wood products.

In this field-oriented role, you will develop business plans, set pricing strategies, deliver technical guidance, and train customers and industry professionals. Extensive travel and autonomy are key.

Qualifications

• Experience selling engineered wood products or similar to residential construction markets.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with buyers, distributors and end users.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Florida, southern Alabama, southern Mississippi and southeastern Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineered wood products sales and customer development across the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic business plans highlighting product value propositions.
• Create and present marketing plans to managers and stakeholders.
• Establish competitive and profitable pricing strategies from market analysis.
• Provide technical support and product guidance to distributors.
• Organize and deliver technical training seminars for contractors and professionals.
• Train sales personnel in professional selling techniques and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, distributors, builders and end users.
• Monitor market opportunities and expand product adoption in the territory.
• Travel extensively to support customers.
