Qualifications

• RN-BC registered nurse required with CMSA guidelines knowledge.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Credentials: CCM, CDMS, ACM, LCSW or CRC are a plus; licensure must be valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based case management within workers' compensation.
• Travel to in-person appointments across designated areas.
• Manage caseload with proactive scheduling and prioritization.
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, and employers for timely care.
• Maintain documentation and CMSA/isys guidelines compliance.
