Job summary

ISYS Case Management is seeking a field-based RN Case Manager to service Rio Rancho, NM and surrounding areas. You will coordinate medical care for injured workers, attend appointments in person, and communicate with carriers, providers, employers, and attorneys while maintaining CMSA and ISYS guidelines.

The role offers a competitive compensation range ($88,000–$140,000 annually), travel, and the potential for bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Current valid State Driver’s license
• Registered Nurse (RN-BC)
• Excellent English language skills
• Proficient with PCs/Windows/MS Office; able to type
• Strong prioritization and time management
• Willing to obtain CCM after year one
• Ability to establish a home office with good internet
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• All credentials and licensure must be valid

Responsibilities

• Travel to in-person appointments across designated areas
• Manage cases autonomously and coordinate with ISYS customers
• Schedule and prioritize daily activities with professional discipline
• Conduct onsite case management per CMSA and ISYS guidance
• Coordinate physician appointments and treatment recommendations
• Discuss diagnoses, prognosis, and treatment options with providers
• Support return-to-work goals and cost containment for customers
• Communicate proactively with all case stakeholders
• Provide field-based case management within workers’ compensation
• Ensure timely documentation and case progression
