Job summary

ISYS Case Management seeks a Telephonic Case Manager—RN with active licensure and CMSA-aligned experience in workers’ compensation. This remote role supports injured workers, coordinating care, documenting progress, and communicating with insurance carriers and providers from Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RN-BC certification required.
• CCM certification preferred/after first year for certain roles.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Proficient PC and MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management within workers' compensation.
• Coordinate care and communicate with insurers, providers, and attorneys.
• Assist with documentation and return-to-work processes.
• Manage caseload with proactive time management and prioritization.
• Engage in virtual attendance at telemedicine appointments.
