Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a RN, Case Manager (Field based) to service Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

You will provide field-based case management in workers' compensation, coordinate medical care, and attend medical appointments in person while supporting timely return-to-work outcomes. The role emphasizes autonomous caseload management, strong communication with providers, insurers, employers, and attorneys, and adherence to CMSA and ISYS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Provide field-based case management services in workers' compensation.
• Coordinate medical care and return-to-work planning.
• Travel to in-person appointments within service area.
• Communicate with providers, insurers, employers, and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout designated service areas to attend appointments.
• Autonomous management of caseload and scheduling.
• Coordinate attendance at physician appointments, hospital visits, and conferences.
• Coordinate with all parties for timely treatment and return-to-work planning.
• Ensure CMSA and ISYS guidelines are followed in case management.
