Job summary

ISYS Case Management seeks an RN, Case Manager to provide field-based case management services for injured workers. The role involves coordinating medical care, communicating with carriers and providers, and attending medical appointments in-person.

You will travel within designated areas, manage caseloads autonomously, and strive for optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes while ensuring compliance with CMSA and ISYS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have RN-BC license and current nursing credentials.
• Excellent English language skills (speaking, writing, grammar, professional communication).
• Valid State Driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain CCM certification after first year of employment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to establish home office with reliable internet.
• Willingness to travel for in-person visits within designated areas.
• Proficient with PCs and Windows; MS Office; willingness to learn new technologies.
• All credentials and licensure must be valid and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based case management services following CMSA, ISYS, and customer guidelines.
• Coordinate medical care and arrange appointments for injured workers.
• Travel to in-person appointments across designated areas.
• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and employers.
• Support return-to-work strategies and cost containment.
