Job summary

ISYS SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a field-based RN Case Manager to service Austin and surrounding areas. You will manage worker's compensation cases, coordinate physician appointments, and drive return-to-work outcomes while maintaining CMSA guidelines and ISYS protocols.

The role requires frequent travel, excellent English communication, and the ability to operate a home-office setup with reliable internet. Expect competitive compensation with bonuses and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Current valid State Driver’s license.
• Registered Nurse (RN-BC) required.
• Outstanding English language skills: speaking, writing, grammar, professional communication.
• Proficient with PCs and Windows/MS Office; willing to learn new technologies.
• Excellent prioritization, problem solving, organization and time management.
• Strong character: Dependability, Honesty, Determination and Compassion.
• Willing to obtain CCM certification after year one.
• Willing to establish home office with strong internet connection.
• Understanding and appreciation of excellent customer service.
• All credentials and licensure must be valid and maintained.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Education preferred.
• Related Certifications: CCM, CDMS, ACM, LCSW and/or CRC preferred.
• Background in Nursing, Social Work, Counseling, Occupational Health, Psychology, and/or Chiropractic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel throughout designated areas to in-person appointments.
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS and attend medical appointments.
• Autonomous management of caseload with scheduling and prioritization.
• Conduct onsite Case Management following CMSA/ISYS guidelines.
• Coordinate and attend physician appointments, hospital visits, and home visits.
• Discuss diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis with providers.
• Support return-to-work and cost containment initiatives.
• Provide proactive communication with all parties involved.
• Assist in timely claim resolution with analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and patient care coordination.
