ISYS Case Management is seeking a field-based RN Case Manager to service Burbank and surrounding areas. You will coordinate medical care for injured workers, communicate with carriers and providers, and drive to appointments in person.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid State Driver’s license.
• RN-BC credential required.
• Outstanding English language skills (speaking, writing).
• Proficient with PCs, Windows, MS Office; quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel for in-person appointments within designated areas.
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS, including rush referrals and attendance at appointments.
• Autonomous management of caseload with scheduling and prioritization.
