Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RN, Case Manager to provide field-based case management for injured workers in the Austin area.

You will coordinate care, communicate with carriers and providers, and attend medical appointments in person to advance timely return-to-work outcomes. The role offers a generous compensation range ($88,000–$120,000 annually) and a performance-based bonus, plus benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Field-based case management experience, preferably in workers' compensation.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage a caseload autonomously.
• Excellent communication with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel to in-person appointments across designated service areas.
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS, including rush referrals and attendance at medical appointments.
• Coordinate weekly/daily activities, ensuring time management and prioritization.
• Facilitate CMSA-guided case management and ISYS protocols during onsite visits.
• Lead in-person attendance at physician appointments and treatment conferences to support care plans.
