Job summary

ISYS Case Management in Austin, TX seeks an RN Case Manager (field-based) servicing Austin and surrounding areas. Provide quality medical case management for injured workers, coordinating care with providers, insurers, and employers; attend appointments in person.

The role offers flexible scheduling, bonus compensation, and opportunity for professional growth. Frequent travel is required; strong communication and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and valid driver’s license.
• RN-BC registered nurse (required).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Willingness to obtain CCM certification after first year.

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel to in-person appointments within designated areas.
• Autonomous management of assigned caseload and scheduling.
• Coordinate care with physicians, facilities, insurers, and employers.
• Conduct CMSA-guided case management following ISYS protocols.
• Communicate proactively with all parties to enable timely treatment and return to work.
