Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RN Case Manager to provide field-based case management for injured workers in Glendale and surrounding areas. You will coordinate care, communicate with carriers, providers, employers, and attorneys, and attend medical appointments in person.

This autonomous role offers a generous compensation range, biweekly pay with bonus potential, and flexibility in scheduling. Travel is required to support timely return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• Field-based case management within workers' compensation.
• Coordinate care and communicate with insurance carriers, providers, employers, and attorneys.
• Attend medical appointments in-person.
• Document promptly and accurately per CMSA and ISYS guidelines.
• Support return-to-work and cost containment goals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to in-person appointments across designated service areas.
• Manage assigned caseload and attend scheduled medical visits.
• Autonomously schedule and prioritize daily activities.
• Coordinate CMSA-compliant case management following ISYS protocols.
• Discuss diagnoses and treatment options with providers.
• Support return-to-work planning and recovery outcomes.
• Communicate case updates to all stakeholders.
