Job summary

ISYS Solutions, Inc. seeks a licensed RN Case Manager for field-based work serving Berkeley and surrounding areas. You will conduct in-person visits, coordinate medical care for injured workers, and communicate with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys to timely resolve cases.

This autonomous role offers bonus potential, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits. Frequent travel is required, with home visits and on-site appointments, leveraging CMSA guidelines and ISYS protocols

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license and be able to travel within designated service areas.
• Strong communication with insurers, providers, employers, and attorneys.
• Ability to coordinate care and support return-to-work goals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to in-person appointments across Berkeley and surrounding areas.
• Manage caseload with CMSA and ISYS protocols.
• Coordinate with medical providers for timely treatment and decisions.
• Communicate proactively with all parties to resolve cases.
• Support Return-to-Work opportunities and cost containment.
