Job summary

ISYS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking an RN Case Manager for field-based service in the San Antonio region. You will coordinate medical care for injured workers, communicate with insurers, and attend appointments in person to facilitate timely recovery and return-to-work goals.

This full-time role offers a compensation range of $88,000 to $120,000 annually, with benefits and opportunities for bonus pay. Travel is required within designated service areas and a flexible schedule is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, current RN-BC licensure.
• Valid state driver's license and willingness to travel for field-based work.
• Excellent English communication, both speaking and writing.
• Proficient with PCs/Windows and MS Office; able to learn new tech.
• Strong prioritization, organization and time management.
• Credentials must be valid and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Travel to in-person appointments across designated service areas.
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS, including rush referrals and appointments.
• Autonomous management of caseload with proper prioritization.
• Coordinate physician appointments and treatment recommendations.
• Communicate with providers, insurers, and employers about case status.
• Support Return to Work planning and CMSA guidelines adherence.
