Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required and CCM certification may be pursued after year one.
• RN-BC license and current valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to designated areas and work remotely from home with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based case management within workers' compensation.
• Coordinate care, communicate with providers, carriers, and attorneys.
• Attend medical appointments and document promptly.
• Manage caseload with CMSA and ISYS guidelines.
