Job summary

ISYS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a field-based RN Case Manager to service Hayward and surrounding areas. The role involves coordinating patient care, attending medical appointments, and communicating with insurers and healthcare providers.

The position offers substantial autonomy, travel to appointments, and potential bonus compensation. A valid RN-BC license and current driver’s license are required, with flexibility to support returning workers to work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Current valid State Driver’s license.
• RN-BC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to in-person appointments in designated service areas.
• Manage cases assigned by ISYS; attend medical appointments.
• Autonomously manage caseload with scheduling and prioritization.
• Coordinate attendance at physician appointments and hospital visits.
• Communicate with providers, insured, and attorneys to aid treatment and return to work.
