Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Field-based Patient Engagement Liaison to support individuals with rare diseases, their caregivers, and patient advocacy organizations. The role centers on PKU community engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve access and education.

You will travel up to 75% domestically, engage with advocacy groups, build relationships, and develop educational programs, while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the rare disease community, including patient advocacy organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and nurture relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Assist communities with resources to remove access barriers to therapies.
• Build patient advocacy and community relationships for marketed and development-stage products.
• Work with medical, communications, commercial, legal, and compliance teams to follow country guidelines.
