Nourish is hiring a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a local provider referral territory in Wichita, KS. You will spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with primary care physicians, specialists, and administrators to build trust and drive referrals to Nourish’s nutrition-focused care platform.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend most of your time in the field meeting with providers and clinic staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and follow-up.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and improve processes.
